What we think is important in this economy and hope you will too, is that each one of us has committed to helping only five families at any one time, buy/ finance or sell their homes. Why just five? Well, there are quite a few teams who service multiple families at once and while they do a decent job, the problem is that these families rarely, if ever, work with the agent they thought they were calling. Most of these "big" teams forget that real estate is about relationships, personal accountability to our clients, and one-on-one communication. Something not possible when you're aiding multiple families at once. We're choosing to only focus on five families because our clients deserve our personal and full attention during the process of buying/ financing or selling their home, a big decision. I first began my career in the Financial Services Industry in the 1980's, working as a Bank manager/ Mortgage loan officer, then went on to pursue a Real estate career in 2006, obtaining My licenses in Residential and Commercial real estate and embarking on a new path. Handling both sides of the transaction for my clients and my bank.

As an experienced real estate professional and Mortgage loan officer, I provide the finest service. Having continuous education in both real estate and finances, provides me with understanding about the real estate industry and how it is constantly evolving.

Therefore, I strive to continuously grow my knowledge in the industry and stay on top of all new trends in both the Real Estate Market and Finances.

My dual educational background allows me to be keen in hunting down the most beautiful Homes or Businesses at the best market value cost and stay ahead of the game with the most suitable Financing offers to each individual scenario.
